Baby and Toddler Lapsits meets on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 A.M. in Bookingham Palace. This program incorporates books, music, fingerplays, puppets, educational toys, as well as lots of socializing with other babies,toddlers and caregivers. This program is for babies and toddlers up to two years of age. This program models the American Library Association's EVERY CHILD READ TO READ initiative.
